Seandette has over 25 yrs of business experience focused on Technology Marketing and Marketing Operations. With an MSc in International Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom,  Seandette has spent more than 10 years working with companies such as SAP, Oracle, Athena HealthCare, AIG, BAI, HP, Lenovo, Adobe, SalesForce, IBM Software, and others in her role as Managing Director for the Barbados Office of an International Contact Center.

Seandette brings over 20 years of international marketing experience as a senior marketing operations executive with global responsibilities, working with some of the largest IT, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Retail, Manufacturing and FMCG companies in the world. She has worked with senior executives from these Fortune 500 companies on Demand Generation and Lead Generation, along with Performance Management, Go-To-Market Strategy, Multichannel Campaign Strategy, Forecasting, Conversion Acceleration, Events and Market Research.  A true metrics-driven strategic thinker, ensuring each project exceeds ROI expectations.

Paul handles the day-to-day operations and administration of the company. Paul has worked for over 35 years in various industries including telecoms, business communications, transportation and pharmaceuticals in sales, marketing and administrative management roles. 

Paul gained a broad range of experience working with large multinationals and smaller regional businesses in the Caribbean and the United Kingdom including 3M UK PLC, Toshiba, and Kyocera Mita.

Paul believes that good communication, doing what you say you will, on time and in good order, has been at the heart of his success and he has resolved to continue this focus for The Contact Hub’s customers.

Hakeem Watson-Hinds

PROGRAMME COORDINATOR, TELESERVICES LEAD

Michele Lashley

DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD

Hakeem is the Programme Coordinator - Teleservices Lead at The Contact Hub, with over 5 years of experience in customer retention, team leadership, and customer service. He has a multifaceted background, working in various fields throughout the years such as public relations, information technology, insurance and elections.  He has held leadership or supervisory positions within most of these fields. 


Hakeem holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from the University of the West Indies, with honours. In addition, he has a certificate in the Fundamentals of Human Resources from Alison Online. 


Hakeem is critically involved with both the front-end and back-end operations within the office. He provides input on the office plans, coordinates and oversees employees for various programs and projects. He is the teleservices lead and creates and maintains program records, reports, presentations and proposals. He also contributes to existing marketing programs, as well as assisting with the development of new initiatives for the company.


Hakeem has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to ensuring that all projects are completed smoothly and efficiently. He believes that communication and collaboration are foundational elements for continued success for The Contact hub and its customers. “Team work makes the dream work!” 



Michele has over 15 years experience in marketing (digital and traditional), brand management, sales and event management and has worked in several industries including distribution, hospitality and manufacturing.

She has spent 5+ years managing portfolios for brands such as Vitamalt, Grace Foods and Procter & Gamble. She, along with her team, successfully increase sales for the brands in her portfolio.

Michele brings to the table her years of successfully growing sales primarily through executing impactful branding initiatives and identifying business development opportunities.

Michele has a Bachelor's Degree of Science from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in Sociology and Psychology.  She has further completed a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations with UWI and certificate courses in sales and marketing with the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity. Michele has a natural love for learning new things and continues to learn and grow with online digital marketing courses with LinkedIn, Udemy and Hubspot Academy.

Four (4) years ago Michele made the decision to focus all her efforts on her passion for digital marketing. At The Contact Hub as Digital Marketing Lead, she applies her creative, strategic and methodical thinking to the services we provide to our clients.
