Hakeem is the Programme Manager - Teleservices Lead at The Contact Hub, with over 5 years of experience in customer retention, team leadership, and customer service. He has a multifaceted background, working in various fields throughout the years such as public relations, information technology, insurance and elections.  He has held leadership or supervisory positions within most of these fields. 

Hakeem holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from the University of the West Indies, with honours. In addition, he has a certificate in the Fundamentals of Human Resources from Alison Online. 

Hakeem is critically involved with both the front-end and back-end operations within the office. He provides input on the office plans, coordinates and oversees employees for various programs and projects. He is the teleservices lead and creates and maintains program records, reports, presentations and proposals. He also contributes to existing marketing programs, as well as assisting with the development of new initiatives for the company.

Hakeem has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to ensuring that all projects are completed smoothly and efficiently. He believes that communication and collaboration are foundational elements for continued success for The Contact hub and its customers. “Team work makes the dream work!”
