Implementation Developer

The Role
Implementation Developer
Your Responsibilities:
Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide fixes in a timely manner.
Provide technical support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
Identify potential risks and work with project and product teams to develop mitigation strategies.
Support the execution of Operational Qualification scripts (OQs) and Data Migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication with the Project
Manager to prioritize tasks and address any blockers or urgent issues.
Carry out data fixes and data changes in the database on customer request or as part of issue resolution.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide a detailed description of the root cause to the project team.
Utilise JIRA for managing tickets, providing resolutions, and updating project statuses.
Provide continuous updates to the project teams on the progress of development, issue investigations, and issue resolution.
Interact with the team lead on day-to-day development tasks, updating in accordance with Agile methodology.
Develop Web APIs/Services and conduct unit testing.
Review software-related details and work to improve performance if required.
Highlight potential issues or non-conformances to the quality department.
Conduct code reviews and identify impacts on code fixes.
Analyse the requirements pertaining to the development of custom solutions (e.g. custom integrations/interfaces).
Provide requirements feasibility assessment and effort estimates to the project team.
Work with Technical Analysts and/or customers to develop custom solutions (i.e., custom integrations, data change console applications).
Write technical design documents detailing custom development work.
Assess the impact of custom solutions / data changes or data fixes.

Senior Back End Developer

The Role
The Senior Backend Developer will design and develop backend functionality of applications. They will be responsible for designing the approach for the functionality. The Developer will conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts for new libraries and integrations.
Your Responsibilities
Creating self-contained, testable, and re-usable backend modules and components.
Developing tools (e.g. Layout Designer, Workflow Designer and Business Rule Engine).
Conduct Research and Development for ongoing projects.
Enhancing the current implementation and find better way of doing it.
Work with the team to enhance the product performance.
Must have:
At least 5 years Proficiency in Microsoft Stack technologies (c#, ASP .NET, SQL SERVER ) plus MVC and Core, EFCore.
At least 5 years back end development experience in SAS, building tools, apps and automation processes.
Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:
Experience in SQL/TSQL.
Good knowledge on Design Patterns, SOLID principle.

Solution Engineer

The Role:
Responsible for Configuration and Implementation of different products using Glams Interchange Platform to Perigord Data’s customers
Work with a Business Analyst and Project Manager who will lead the overall implementation project. This requires a person who is analytical, detail oriented, can solve problems quickly and effectively and is confident in client facing situations.
This is a key role in the successful delivery of product into Perigord’s high profile and ever-expanding customer base
Your Responsibilities:
Understanding Platform and implementing different products as per customer requirements
Reviewing client User Requirement Specifications and translating those into product requirements
Understanding process workflows and providing workaround solutions when software needs are not met.
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their goals, strategies, constraints and using this understanding to collaborate effectively with them
Work internally to configure the software to meet customer requirements and present the configured system back to Business Analysts and customers alike
Collaborate iteratively with Business Analysts to define a solution design, working through different scenarios, looking critically at different options and ultimately to a final design
Work on Validation deliverables, including creation of test scripts, document reviews, configuration testing, configuration verification, run configuration comparisons and supporting user acceptance testing
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on ensuring that scope is adhered to
Through client engagements, identify new features that platform does not currently offer and will be of benefit to our customers
Supporting continuous improvement program, always looking at how the organisation can improve on process, delivery, and service to our customers
Support and troubleshoot configurations to aid root cause analysis and provide solution
Must have:
At least 4 years experience in Microsoft Stack technologies (c#, ASP.NET, SQL SERVER )
At least 4 years experience configuring a Low-Code/No-Code based system in an SAS environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:
Degree in Business or IT or other relevant discipline with minimum 5-6 Years’ industry experience
Experience working directly with external customers – ideally customers with a global reach
Strong verbal and written communication skills – communicates thoughts in a well-organised
